Monson Savings Bank Announces the Promotion of Wil Morales to Branch Manager, Retail Banking and Security Officer
Monson Savings Bank has recently announced the promotion of Wil Morales to the role of Branch Manager, Retail and Security Officer.

Wil Morales resides in Ludlow with his wife and two children. In his role as Branch Manager, Retail and Security Officer, he is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Monson Branch location and leading the branch employees. He ensures that every customer receives excellent customer service and that their financial needs are met. As the Bank Security Officer, Wil is responsible for developing and administering Monson Savings Bank’s Security Program.
Morales has 10 years of banking industry experience and has been with Monson Savings Bank for four years. In addition to his role of Branch Manager, Retail and Security Officer, he is involved with Monson Saving’s Bank Fraud Committee and Waste Watchers committee. He has earned an Associate’s in Science Business Administration from Holyoke Community College. Morales has also completed the New England school of Financial Studies and recently a leadership class with Employer’s Association of New England.
Morales is a very active member of the community and has for the past four years served in the referral group of the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce. He has taught multiple financial literacy classes in local schools and at the Monson and Ware Senior Centers. On the weekends, Morales serves as an usher at LifePoint Church.
