I am a banker, lender, grandmother, mom, and a friend.

What is your role at Monson Savings Bank and how do you help your customers?

I am a Residential and Consumer Lender. I help Monson Savings Bank customers to reach their financing goals and help many first time homebuyers get into their first home.

What do you like most about your position?

I really like helping people either purchase a new home or refinance and save some money! I enjoy interacting with people, listening to their goals and helping them to get there. It makes me happy.

How long have you been with Monson Savings Bank?

I have been with Monson Savings Bank for 9+ years.

What do you love about Monson Savings Bank?

I love the support that is given from upper management at Monson Savings Bank. Plus, everyone has an open door policy and we all work great together as a team.

How do you feel connected to the local communities?

I am a resident of Monson, so I call these communities home myself. Beyond that I love being engaged with the borrowers and listening to their stories they share with me.

How do you feel at the end of the day after helping customers?

I feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that I have helped someone with a big life moment and guided them through that. It is always my goal to provide a positive experience for our customers. I get to make a difference in their future.

What are your roots?

I was born and grew up in Chicopee and I currently reside in Monson, so I am a true local to the area.

Tell us about your family or friends and what they mean to you.

My family and grandchildren mean the most to me! I love them all so much.

What values are most important to you to uphold?

I believe it is important to have good morals and ethics.

What are your hobbies?

I like to golf. I also like cooking, gardening and reading.

Do you volunteer anywhere?

I serve proudly on two committees with the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley.
