Important Update Regarding Branch Service

As an essential service industry, and a local community bank, Monson Savings Bank has proudly served our customers safely throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We plan to continue to do so moving forward.

We take the health of our employees, customers and community members seriously. Out of an abundance of caution, and in an effort to help prevent any further spread of the virus, we have made some decisions we want you to be aware of.

Effective Friday, November 27th, Monson Savings Bank will be limiting our branch lobby service to appointment only. Drive-ups will remain open and will operate under our normal business hours. View our hours.

 

While our lobbies are closed, there are many convenient way to access your banking services:

By appointment: For banking matters that require in lobby service please contact your local banch to schedule an appointment. View locations and hours.

Online Account Opening: Opening your accounts online is easy! Open your account.

Online Loan Application: Quickly and easily apply online for your loans. Apply online.

Drive-up: We can still help you at all locations with your banking transactions through drive-up. View locations and hours.

ATMs: Our ATMs will still all be accessible at all locations. View locations and hours.

Online Banking & Mobile Banking: Access your account information from your computer or mobile phone, anytime or anywhere. Learn more.

Mobile Check Deposit: Deposit a check using the camera on your phone. Learn more.


 
We want to reassure you that we are doing whatever it takes to protect our customers and employees. We will continue to monitor the situation and will assess and communicate any changes as they are available.

We love serving our customers in person and look forward to when these decisions do not need to be considered. However, in the meantime, we appreciate your patience and support.
