Your Mass Save Heat Loan Administrator will provide you with a Mass Save ® Heat Loan Authorization Letter that is required to submit your application through Monson Savings Bank. HEAT Loans are available to customers of Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Unitil Electric, and municipal customers served by Columbia Gas of Massachusetts or Liberty Utilities
